What you'll do daily

  • Call and email prospects from a structured lead list

  • Client satisfaction, engagement, and renewal readiness
  • All tool, vendor, and platform relationships
  • Weekly ops review and monthly performance report to the founder

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in operations or client delivery — services business preferred
  • Systems thinker — you document first, then delegate
  • Proficient in CRM and project tools (Zoho, GHL, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Calm under pressure — solves at the root, not the surface
  • Clear communicator with both clients and internal teams
  • Every decision is backed by data, not assumption
